I’m a creative, highly technical instructional designer who strives for a clean, modern aesthetic. My belief is that less is more, both in content visual design and in the application of adult learning theory. We grown-ups are supposed to be self-motivated when it comes to professional training – basically, we just want to know how it will improve our life/job/paycheck/prospects/skills. A good eLearning developer knows this and places the focus on the answers… and on the learner.

I have been developing and delivering training content in all its many forms for 20+ years now and I really love it. The intersection of technology and creativity is my sweet spot. I enjoy the challenge of changing behavior through education and all that entails (assessing, communicating with subject matter experts, discovering the underlying needs that the content is supposed to address).
Please note that I am highly allergic to boring content… but hopefully you are too.
